Q:	How do I register for this event?

Q:	Can I register for my friends?
A:	Yes, you can register for your friends, provided you have the details of your friends that are required in the registration form.
Q:	When will the registration close for the activities and workshops?
A:	Registration will be closed once the particular activity or workshop reaches its maximum capacity or after the closing date on 17 Feb (Wed), whichever is earlier.
Q:	Can I still register after the closing date? Can I sign up for the activities/workshops on the actual day?
A:	We do not accept registration and walk-ins for the activities or workshops after the closing date. As the workshops and activities are limited in seats, and time is needed for the screening of participants, we are unable to accept walk-ins on the actual day. However, you could still join us at the Fiesta for a day of fun. There are promotions, exhibition booths, hall and stage programmes that you can still enjoy.
Q:	Why is the closing date on 17 February (Wed) when the event is still a few days away?
A:	The closing date is on 17 Feb (Wed) because we need at least two days to screen participants against ROM/ROMM records and to send confirmation emails to successful applicants.
Q:	Why is there a need to screen participants against the ROM/ROMM records?
A:	To protect the interest of our participants and to ensure that they meet other genuine singles through our well-facilitated activities and workshops, SDN screens all applicants against the ROM/ROMM records to ascertain their marital status before confirming their registration. This practice is also in accordance with the standards required in SDNTrust Accreditation for all accredited dating agencies, of which SDN is the accrediting body.
Q:	I am not a Singaporean or Permanent Resident, can I register for the event?
A:	As we screen all participants who register for the activities/workshops against the ROM/ROMM records, which record only locally registered marriages of Singaporeans and Permanent Residents, we only accept registrations from Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. However, you are welcomed to join us at the Fiesta for a day of fun. There are exhibition booths, promotions, hall and stage programmes that you can still enjoy.

Q:	How do I pay for this event?
A:	Payment can be made via Paypal, inter-bank transfer or cheque. An event manager will contact you shortly to advise you on the payment procedures. Please note that payment is only due after screening is done against ROM/ROMM records.
Q:	Can I register first and pay on the actual day?
A:	Your registration will only be confirmed when payment has been received.
Q:	I am unable to turn up for the activities on the actual day. Can I get a refund of my registration fees?
A:	Once the registration has been processed, there shall be no fee refund for participants who, for whatever reasons, are unable to take part in the activities/workshop on the actual day.

Q:	Is the buffet lunch /dinner Halal?
A:	Yes, the buffet lunch and dinner provided by Suntec City Convention Centre is Halal.
Q:	I am a vegetarian. Is there food catered for vegetarians?
A:	As the meals will be served as a buffet, there will be wide variety of choices, and some of the dishes may be suitable for vegetarians. We are unable to cater specifically for vegetarians due to the small number.
Q:	Can I opt for one activity including lunch?
A:	For participants who opt for more than one activity, lunch is provided in the package for their convenience due to the long hours they would spend at the Fiesta. We do not offer a lunch package for one activity as there are other food options available at the Suntec City Convention Centre which participants could go to before or after their activity.
Q:	Can I join two activities and enjoy lunch and dinner without signing up for the evening Mega Speed Dating?
A:	The buffet dinner is provided for participants of Mega Speed Dating only. If you opt for a full day package of $60, you get to enjoy 2 activities with buffet lunch plus a dinner package with Mega Speed Dating.
Q:	Can I transfer my registration for an activity to my friend?
A:	Once registration has been confirmed for the activity/workshop, it is not transferable. You may cancel your registration for the activity/workshop but there will be no refund if the registration has been processed. Your friends may register for the activity/workshop if they are interested and there are still vacancies.
